MOTOROLA VH-150 integrated earpiece/microphone utilises ear bone conduction to transmit voice thereby minimising external noise interference. The miniature earpiece/microphone enables hands-free operations and leaves the user¡¯s face unobscured especially when worn by personnel during rescue operations. Two radio interface modules ¨C PTT radio interface module or VOX/PTT radio interface module must be used with the integrated earpiece/microphone to operate the complete system. The latter VOX/PTT module allows total hands-free without the need to PTT (push-to-talk) by utilising the external VOX (Voice Activated Transmission) feature.
