xTYT MD-UV380 Plus Dual Band Digital Radio utilizes the Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) Tier 2 Standard protocol. It is compatible with the popular MOTOTRBO series (Tier I and II) using standard encryption and also supports AES 256 encryption. Additionally, it is fully compatible with existing analog two-way radios operating on the supported UHF and VHF frequencies, allowing for a smooth transition to digital technology.
